See, we created this styling balm with the intention of ensuring that those beardsmen who are in desperate need of trying to get their big and glorious (yet rather unruly beards) under control. All the while still acting to help condition and keep the beard healthy whilst also leaving an intoxicating and rather sumptuous scent.

In all, leaving your beard not only now looking the part (with the appearance of a bigger, fuller and often slightly darker beard) - but also have it smelling freaking awesome too (a scent that lingers on throughout the day).

An overall all-rounder scent wise, we believe simplicity is key with old smoke, 3 main ingredients with the utmost effect, starting with a very proficient dose of patchouli to add that main body of earth and balance within the balm, secondly applying a masterful yet modest amount of cedarwood to really give it its woody flavour, of course lastly administering an ingenious application of whiskey scent to give old smoke the versatile single malt smell. The three ingredients together delivery a tonic of manliness!

If you’ve got a particularly troublesome beard or just want to experiment with some of more extreme beard styles, this is ideal. We recommend applying it just after you’ve applied a bit of beard oil on (maybe two or three drops, not as much as you would usually).

How to use

Any beardsmen trying to achieve a thicker, fuller, more tamed looking beard - then texture balm is ideal. Simply, scrape some from the tin using either your thumbnail (guitar plectrums work a treat too) and place it on your palm.

Work up. Start little and then add more if you need. Let it smelt into your hands and then apply directly upon the beard, as you do this frame it and style it in place.
